Before You Book

Do I need to be home when you arrive?
No — you don't need to be home. We just need access to your vehicle. We'll let you know when we're finished.
Do you bring your own water and supplies?
We bring all of our own professional-grade products, microfiber towels, and equipment. For some services we may connect to your outdoor spigot — we'll let you know when booking.
How does payment work?
We accept cash or Venmo. For Venmo bookings, we'll send a payment link the day before your appointment. Payment is required before work begins.
How long does a full detail take?
A full detail typically takes 3–4 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. Interior or exterior only services run about 1.5–2.5 hours. We'll always give you an estimate when confirming your booking.
What if my vehicle is really dirty or has heavy pet hair?
No problem — that's what we're here for. Heavily soiled vehicles or those with significant pet hair may require additional time and cost. We'll let you know upfront if any upcharges apply.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — please give us at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Since payment is collected the day before, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling is always welcome — just text us.
