No — you don't need to be home as long as we have access to an outdoor water spigot. Just make sure the spigot is accessible and your car is parked where you'd like it washed. We'll take care of everything and let you know when we're done.

We use the water at your property — we'll connect to your outdoor hose spigot. We bring all of our own supplies including soap, microfiber towels, and detailing products. Just make sure your outdoor spigot is accessible before your appointment.

Payment is required before work begins. The day before your scheduled appointment, we'll send you a payment link via Venmo Business. Once payment is confirmed, we'll be at your door at the agreed time. This keeps things simple and transparent for everyone.

If it's raining, we'll reschedule at no charge — no point washing a car in the rain. We'll reach out the morning of your appointment if weather is a concern and we'll find the next available slot that works for you. Subscribers keep their spot and get priority rescheduling.

A standard wash typically takes 25–35 minutes depending on the size of the vehicle. A full detail package takes 3–4 hours — these are booked by text or email only. Power washing a driveway is about an hour and also requires reaching out directly to schedule. We'll always give you a time estimate when we confirm your appointment.

Yes — please give us at least 24 hours notice so we can fill your slot. Since payment is collected the day before, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling is always welcome and easy — just text us directly.
